Pixel 11 focuses on Gemini upgrades over hardware changes
Google officially introduced the Pixel 11 lineup, focusing less on major hardware changes and more on deeper Gemini AI integration. Powered by the new Tensor G6 processor, the phones deliver better power efficiency, faster browsing and improved low‑light photography through Instant Night Sight. The biggest upgrades come from software: Gemini can now handle background tasks like ordering groceries, booking rides and even making calls for reservations or appointments. The camera gains new AI features such as Magic Capture, which picks, crops and sharpens the best frames from a video, along with enhanced 120x Super Zoom on the Pro models. Google also added a rear LED ring around the flashlight that lights up for notifications or when Gemini is processing a request. The Pixel 11 series starts at $899 with 256GB of storage, and preorders are already open.
