Nvidia, Unitree, and Sharpa have announced a major robotics partnership at Computex 2026 to develop a cutting edge humanoid robot blueprint called the Isaac GR00T Reference Humanoid Robot, or H2 Plus. The open reference design combines a Unitree H2 Plus chassis with Sharpa's highly tactile, 22 degree of freedom five fingered robotic hands to achieve unprecedented human scale dexterity. The robot will be powered by the new Nvidia Jetson AGX Thor T5000 chip, utilizing the Blackwell GPU architecture to deliver over two quadrillion AI calculations per second. Leading academic institutions like Stanford and ETH Zurich are set to receive the first models later this year to accelerate physical AI research for real world automation tasks.
