Apple’s foldable iPhone Ultra may launch with extremely limited early supply

The situation mirrors the iPhone X launch, where major hardware changes forced Apple to push sales weeks beyond the announcement. The foldable iPhone is expected to cost around $2,300 to $2,500 and could sell out instantly, with delivery estimates stretching into December. Apple is reportedly confident enough to already plan a second-generation foldable for 2027, but the first model may face severe scarcity and strong scalper activity.
