Microsoft is preparing to roll out its new Low Latency Profile for Windows 11 within weeks, as the feature has already reached the Release Preview channel. The system automatically boosts CPU frequency in short bursts to speed up app launches by up to 40 percent and system UI elements like Start or Action Center by up to 70 percent. Early testing shows noticeable improvements, especially on lower end hardware, though high end systems also benefit. The feature is part of Microsoft's broader Windows K2 initiative aimed at improving responsiveness and overall user experience throughout the coming year.
