Apple introduces the new MacBook Air with M5
Apple has unveiled the new MacBook Air powered by its M5 chip, delivering improved CPU, GPU, and AI performance alongside upgraded connectivity and storage. The laptop now starts with 512GB of storage, supports up to 4TB, and features Apple’s new N1 wireless chip with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Apple says the M5 enables significantly faster AI tasks, graphics rendering, and multitasking, while maintaining the MacBook Air’s fanless design and up to 18 hours of battery life. The updated models will be available in 13-inch and 15-inch versions, starting at $1,099, with preorders beginning March 4 and availability from March 11.
